“Il posto é molto bello, pieno di pace e rilassante con una vista gradevole dalla stanza sui campi da golf. L'area spa é ben organizzata e il personale é gentile. Insomma tutto perfetto ad eccezione della colazione che é davvero povera e inadeguata ad un albergo del genere.”

“Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings wirkten die Möbel etwas zusammengewürfelt und bereits abgenutzt. Der Wellnessbereich war insgesamt in Ordnung, erschien jedoch für die Größe des Hotels etwas zu klein.”

“Ottima la posizione, la camera ampia e bene arredata, confortevole .Il bagno moderno e bene attrezzato. La prima colazione abbastanza ricca ma non negli standard di un 4 stelle. L'albergo ha una piscina coperta ed una SPA. Mia moglie ha provato a prenotare dei trattamenti, ma le due estetiste non sono state in grado di gestire gli appuntamenti. Anzi ,fissatone 1 ,l'estetista non si è presentata senza avvertire. Mia moglie ha chiesto notizie alla reception e così ha saputo che l'appuntamento era...

“We booked for thermal pool and we enjoyed in thermal area a lot. The room has nice view , equipment was enough but bed was so uncomfortable, pilow was not comfortable, blanket was small for my husband he could not turn other side because not open himself during night, ... i tried to call reception and ask for extra pillow i need to sleep with high pillow but phone did not work. So next time we will go for thermal but not stay at hotel. ”

“It was our second time in Karlovy Vary and we were looking for a special place with a view, located in the heart of the city and close to all the main points of interest. This hotel was lovely, bright, with large rooms, a fantastic position downtown and with very pleasant and welcoming staff. We loved our room on the third floor with a balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom also very large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!”
